Trucking88 is a transportation management SaaS for dispatch teams, fleet managers, and drivers. Built to manage logistics operations from load creation to delivery tracking and proof-of-delivery.

The Challenge

Users needed an AI Import / OCR workflow where they could scan or upload an order document, extract shipment data, and auto-fill the load creation process.

Operations Needed Clarity

Dispatch, drivers, tracking, proof-of-delivery, and reporting needed to feel like one connected SaaS experience.

The UX had to make complex logistics workflows easier to operate: route planning, shipment tracking, driver updates, delivery confirmations, documents, and operational reporting.
